April Cooking Class
Join Deb’s Kitchen at Temecula Olive Oil Co. for an April demo cooking class. The menu includes: endive spears with blue cheese, pear, candied pepitas and orange-shallow vinaigrette, grilled salmon with citrus salsa & spring micro greens, roasted asparagus with lemon gremolata and parmesan and balsamic strawberries in meringue nests with crème fraiche.
