Outside Jalisco’s capital city of Guadalajara, Meloza was born from one of only three tequila distilleries still using old organic methods. The process begins with 100% blue agave, choosing only the most mature plants for their natural sweetness, so no additional sugars are added. The fine tequila is then aged in white oak bourbon barrels that have been lightly charred and scraped. This creates Meloza’s smooth and complex flavors in the three varieties. Each tequila offers the connoisseurs a range of flavors and styles. From the citrusy notes of Blanco to the caramelly richness of Extra Anejo, Mexico’s honored tequila tradition can be tasted in each sip of Meloza.

Joe Bootow and his family own and operate TWA Spirits and are long time residents of Fullerton. Chef Sean Nemetz has been friends since high school and the two of them have teamed up to deliver some exciting Cigar dinners through the rest of the year. Reposado: Aged 12 months in white oak bourbon barrels for a smooth yet spicy oak flavor and a rich golden color. 100% premium blue agave using only the more mature agave plants

Blanco: This premium tequila is distilled 2 times to give a clean, crisp, distinctive flavor with a soft citrus finish.

Anejo : Aged 24 months in white oak barrels for a rich amber color as well as smooth rich taste


Peruvian ceviche with a papaya- mango salsa with a crisp tortilla garnish

Fire roasted passilla stuffed with manchego cheese resting on a charred sweet corn pico de gallo

Smoked roasted achiote marinated pork tenderloin resting on Spanish style arroz and finished with a blackened tomato salsa

Orange and tequila flan with a cinnamon Chantilly and drizzled with mango gastric
