On Thursday, October 16, Tam O’Shanter will host a very special dining event featuring a four-course meal created by acclaimed Chef Mark Kalenderian with select whiskey pairings for each dish from the award-winning Charbay Artisan Distillery & Winery. A representative from Charbay will be on hand to talk about the distillery’s history and craft.
Based in Napa Valley, California, Charbay is an independent family business owned and managed by Miles and Susan Karakasevic. They work side by side with their son Marko and his wife Jenni to carry on the family’s European heritage of fermenting and distilling.
