Exploring both the sweet and savory aspects of canning, you’ll learn how to simmer strawberries for jam, perfect a peach chutney, and pickle green tomatoes.
Our small local brewery has received two bronze medals, two silver medals, and the coveted “Gold Medal” competing against 2,500 other Brewery’s & over 10,000 beers in a blind taste test of judges throughout the world. Many of our “family of friends” refer to us as The Brew Co and it is becoming a familiar term worldwide. You will see many of the same faces from day one, those that have been coming in or working here regularly since 1995. We thank our extended family for supporting The Brew Co.
