Mother’s Day at AnQi by Crustacean will offer unique and delectable specials created by Master Chef Helene “Mama” An and Chef Partner Ron Lee, along with AnQi’s renowned a la carte menu. In honor of the holiday, all moms will enjoy a refreshing “Mama-Mosa” on the house. The cocktail, created expressly for the day, is made with Bacardi Rum, fresh pineapple, muddled citrus and topped with sparkling wine. Dishes perfect for mothers to enjoy will include smoked salmon rillete, heirloom tomato salad and Vietnamese quiche tartlet. Details on specials and pricing are below.
