Father’s Day brunch at Beaumont’s Eatery can be summed up in five words: Surf and Turf Bloody Marys. Beaumont’s bar manager Gavin McManes has created two spins on the restaurant’s popular breakfast cocktail, one with wild Mexican skewered shrimp and the other with house-made beef jerky. Beer flights will also be offered, including a selection of three local drafts. For those who prefer to stay on dry land, Executive Chef George Morris will be featuring a to-die-forChicken and Waffles Benedictspecial andPork Belly Tacoswith braised pork belly in tomatillo relish and a habanero glaze. To top it all off, brunch will be complimented by live Johnny Cash covers by Doug Benson of Cash’d Out.
