Paris-born Yves Fournier enrolled at Paris’s prestigious Ecole Gregoire-Ferrandi culinary schoolat the tender age of 15. After graduation Yves honored his craft at celebrated Parisian kitchens. Since then he has shared his talents in England, New York,and now California at Andrei’s Irvine. Pastry Chef Elyssa Fournier of Mixed Bakery joins Yves in preparing this delicious breakfast.
