July – Breakfast In The Barn Hosted By Chef Pascal Olhats
Chef de Cuisine of Nieuport 17 in Tustin, CA., Chef Greg Moro, will join Chef Olhats for this special brunch. Chef Moro, the former Executive Chef at Laguna Beach’s French 75 attended the California Culinary Academy, one of the top schools in the nation, and earned a culinary degree. He returned to Southern California and, seeking to work with the best, he interned at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.
Greg then started a training position with renowned Chef Pascal Olhats where he worked through every station at Pascal’s restaurant, Tradition finishing as Sous Chef. Pascal then took Greg with him on his world travels cooking for business leaders and celebrities. We are excited to have them cook together once again at the Farm!
