Chef Feau earned his degree in classic cuisine at L’Ecole HoteliÃ¨re, HelÃ¨ne Boucher, in his hometown of Le Mans, France. Chef Feau cultivated his culinary and managerial skills under the guidance of Chef Guy Savoy in Paris.
At Lexington Social House, Chef Feau’s offers Progressive American Cuisine with classic French influences. His refined technique emphasizes fresh seasonal produce and careful selection of only the best quality products from around the world.
