Beaumont’s is excited to announce a new monthly wine tasting events that will feature wines from local vineyards paired with light appetizers by Chef Morris.
Beaumont’s will also welcome the owner ofHusch Vineyard’sto share a selection of the vineyard’s best wines.Husch Vineyards is a small family run winery in Northern California that produces 22 different wines. The wines will include aSauvignon Blancwith aromas of lime, melon and guava,aChardonnaywith flavors of pear and apple with a delicate finish, aChenin Blancwith a bright fruit and touch of sweetness, aPinot Noirwith aromas of cherry, plum, earth and spice, and finally aCabernetwith aromas of black cherry, anise and earth.
Chef Morris has also revamped Beaumont’s menu for summer. Added dishes include a new flatbread, steamed local mussels, updated scallops, pork belly and watermelon salad and a brand new fondue dish, as well as always changing daily specials inspired by farmers market picks.
