John will be preparing a delicious family style BBQ paired with specialty beers and a signature cocktail.

A native of Orange County, John Ledbetter brings his experience with classic American cuisine to Manassero Farms. His food philosophy caters to the coastal-living lifestyle of Southern California, combining seasonal ingredients, local sustainable seafood, and a healthful-minded approach, as well as collaborating with Lark Creek Restaurant Group’s award-winning culinary team. “The foods you see down at the farmers’ market, those are the same foods you’ll see me cooking,” he says. John believes in the local foods movement and is proud of the new dishes he has created in that vein.
