The menu, created by Chef Michael Ruiz who also helms the kitchen of Preux & Proper, offers a wide selection of authentic and innovative po’™boys available for dine-in or take-out. Looking for that classic NOLA daiquiri? Royal has five frozen daiquiri machines boasting flavors like PiÃ±a Colada, Rocket Fuel, and Rum Runner. Royal will also offer five punchbowl cocktails served in elegant glass bowls and perfect for groups celebrating a special occasion or looking for a unique drinking experience. In true New Orleans style, musical entertainment will have a strong presence at Royal, from the custom music app that allows guests to vote on the playlist to monthly live brass bands that will showcase traditional New Orleans music with a sprinkling of today’™s top hits.
