Chef Wyatt Lash

With over 12 years of experience, Lash has a unique take on menu creation and a strong leadership presence to the restaurant team. Prior to Pacific Hideaway where he’s current Executive Chef, Lash served as Executive Chef at The Commoner, inside the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh, where he successfully opened the restaurant in 2015 and incorporated twists on a classic gastro-pub menu that highlighted products from surrounding farms and areas. Prior to that, Lash spent over 8 years serving as an Executive Chef at The Whip Tavern.
