The public is invited to a lively weekend that includes Jazz performances Saturday and Sunday, winery tours, huge sales, hourly raffles, outdoor barbeques, lunch specials in their Pinnacle Restaurant, and other fun events. In order to help make room for some new releases available that weekend, selected wines will be offered at up to 50% off case prices.Wine will be “raffled” off each hour (11am -5pm) with the winner able to purchase the bottle for only $1. Also, with seven new wines just being released, all tasters will receive a free extra taste of any one of the new wines.

As part of the event, the Pinnacle Restaurant will offer a great “Anniversary Special for 2” lunch. This special meal provides 2 people a choice of shared salad or appetizer, separate entrées (such as BBQ Chicken or BBQ Baby Back Ribs), shared dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage for only $55 plus tax and gratuity (glasses of wine with this special available at $5/glass).

*Pan Roasted King Salmon over a bed of purple Peruvian potatoes finished with
an orange and grapefruit beurre blanc

*Spice brined pork loin wrapped in Prosciutto over a sweet creamed corn of gruyere and vanilla drizzled with a dark cherry gastrique and topped with a green apple chutney

*Orange and vanilla chocolate flour-less cake served with a blackberry ice cream
finished with a duo of raspberry coulis and creamy anglaise

Wines:
*Carly’s Cuvee Chardonnay
A lovely nose of butterscotch and pineapple. The palate is bright and lively with clean citrusy flavors and ripe pineapple filling the mid-palate

*Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Nose has a light vanilla character, spiked with celery from the Semillon. Also wafting through are elder flower and pink grapefruit notes. Palate is full and rich, with savory texture and a classic musque nectarine flavor. Finish is remarkable smooth for such a young wine.

*Stewart Ranch Pinot Noir
The wine has a lovely and charming nose with roses black cherry and spice. Palate has the graceful blend of velvet and acidity, that give it a bright lovely cherry pie flavor and along fruity finish.

*Origin
The nose takes off with really pretty blackberry & violets notes and some toasty oak. Expressing a rich, full palate with fruity jammy berry & black licorice undertones & chewy tannins.
