Mimi’s carrot raisin loaf and six mini pineapple upside down cakes top off the meal. Simply heat, serve and enjoy. Additional side dishes and desserts are available a la carte to add on to any meal.
As an added touch, a recipe for Mimi’s ham and navy bean soup–a simple, delicious meal using the ham bone and any leftover ham, is included with the feast.
