A Hache is a meat patty that owes everything to the freshness and quality of the meat, all our Haches are formed to order, made from 2 different cuts of all natural USDA Sirloin, center cut lean sirloin and a marbleized fatty cut, 4:1 ratio, that is ground in store all day long, we do not use trimmings, producing a loose, juicy, course ground steak tasting like patty, that is charbroiled slowly to a medium temperature.
Their fresh American friets are proprietary triple cooked (twice fried) potatoes, made from organic American Burbank potatoes that require no seasoning, we offer a wide variety of homemade sauces depending on your taste.
Using only organic milk, cream, egg yolks and cane sugar our frozen custard is frozen to order with liquid nitrogen and your choice of 3 daily flavors.
